Publisheet is shutting down

On December 31, 2026, we'll be shutting down Publisheet for good.

Why

Publisheet has been live for 7 years, and we're genuinely grateful for every person who published a worksheet, embedded one, or just gave it a try. It's been a privilege to build something people found useful for this long.

That said, we've decided to focus our time elsewhere and can no longer give Publisheet the attention it deserves. Rather than let it linger in an unmaintained state, we'd rather shut it down properly, with plenty of notice.

What this means for you

• Publisheet will keep working as normal until December 31, 2026. After that date, the website, the published worksheets, and the Excel add-in will stop working.
• We are not accepting any new paid signups or upgrades starting today.
• If you have an active paid subscription, you'll keep your full paid-plan access, exactly as it is today, until the end of your current billing period — and it won't be renewed or charged again after that. There's nothing you need to cancel yourself, and there's nothing to refund.

What happens to your data

Publisheet is just a web viewer for a spreadsheet you already have in Excel — your data has always lived in your own Excel file, not on our servers. When Publisheet shuts down, you won't lose anything: your original worksheet is still on your computer, exactly as it was. You just won't be able to publish it to the web through Publisheet anymore.
